When I want to send flowers to my friends in the Rockford area, I know that I can always count on Flowers by Nancy for exquisite bouquets of long-lasting blooms. My friends are always thrilled. I especially appreciate receiving a text with a picture of the flowers as they are delivered. I can't rave enough about the quality of the blooms and the personalized service!

Nancy was AMAZING. I work in Connecticut and called to order a sympathy basket for a family in Rockford. She walked me through available options, color schemes, and prices. She was always there at every step. She even sent pictures of the basket. The family absolutely loved it. Thank you so so much. Nancy is so great to work with and so responsive. She made perfect recommendations and.put a fresh, beautiful arrangement for the person I was sending to. Flowers by Nancy made our destination wedding in Guadalajara, Mexico one to never forget. Cristina and I knew from looking at Nancy's pictures of weddings she's done flowers for that we had picked the right flower shop. But flowers by Nancy exceeded our expectations. We didn't want a flowery environment and Nancy delivered with a big boom, minimalist and subtle yet modern. I ordered flowers for my mom out of state - I am just blown away by, not only the absolutely gorgeous bouquet that was delivered, but the timelines and amazing customer service. Nancy emailed me immediately when a specific flower was available and I told her I trusted her florists choice - and it was better than the pictures! Just stunning. Such quick delivery, made sure someone was home to accept them in the freezing cold. Such personal touches made it truly special. I now have my go-to florist in Rockford!

I ordered something last minute for a friend in IL, I'm in MA. Even though it was an order made late, around 9 IL time, Nancy called to ask what type of coffee my friend wanted. I called her back, later than I wanted, & Nancy got the coffee perfectly! Lol, there were still ice cubes in it! Nancy asked what time to deliver the gift & it was delivered spot on time! She not only made sure the gift got to the hotel on time, but also checked later to see if my friend received it. I would 100% recommend Nancy's Flowers! Beyond amazing service & my friend and her son loved the gift! RECOMMENDED!

Flowers were delivered on time and since I was not home, they arranged a time when they could make sure I got the flowers. It was too cold the leave them outside. Arrangement was beautiful and packed with flowers. All fresh and smelled up the room. Wonderful job.
